Celebrate Dad In Santa Fe This Father’s Day!

Can’t decide how to celebrate your fathers? How about a Father’s Day different! Surprise Dad with an adventure that includes a Santa Fe City Different getaway! Here are some ideas for memorable ways to honor and treat the “World’s Greatest Dad” on Father’s Day.

Santa Fe’s Museums Are Dad-Perfect Adventures

Beyond the wealth of artistic treasures on display in Santa Fe’s world-class museums, there’s also a world of history and New Mexican culture close at hand. Dad can step in either and emerge hours later.

There's a great museum exhibit at the New Mexico History Museum where Dad can shift gears and experience the world of "low 'n slow". He may want to ride into the creative reimaginings of American steel as captured in photographs, hubcaps, hood ornaments, car show banners and, yes, actual cars. If Dad loves craft beer, you’ll take comfort in knowing that Santa Fe is a goldmine of craft beer brewpubs! To get a sampling of their many heavenly hops, order beer flights including everything from Atomic Blonde Lager to the Roadrunner IPA and Gold Medal Oatmeal Stout. Blue Corn recently medaled at the Great American Beer Festival, so this place is more than legit. And if Dad wants a plate of bona fide Santa Fe “New Mexican” food, their stacked enchiladas and braised pork stew will easily win his heart.
