Let Me In, a contemporary vampire tale, is a remake of an acclaimed Swedish film. Starring Kodi Smit-McPhee, Chloe Mortez and Richard Jenkins, it tells the story of a boy who becomes friends with a new girl in his neighborhood. Matt Reeves, who directed Cloverfield, wrote the screenplay and directs this production, which shoots from November through January in Albuquerque, Los Alamos and Red River.

The Loop, an independent offbeat romance starring Rachel Nichols as a college librarian and Jackson Hurst as a nighttime patrol officer. The film starts shooting in and around Santa Fe in November.

Due Date, the Warner Bros. comedy, starring Robert Downey Jr. and Michelle Monaghan, is about a father-to-be trying to get home in time for the birth of his first child. An annoying traveler, played by Zach Galiafinakis, gets in the way. In production in October and November in Albuquerque Studios, the Las Cruces area, Santa Fe and Las Vegas.

Passion Play, a drama starring Mickey Rourke and Megan Fox about a struggling trumpeter in the 1950s who tries to save an angel from a gangster.

Breaking Bad, Season Three of the cable television series starring Emmy-winning actor Bryan Cranston.

Crash, Season Two of the cable television series, starring Dennis Hopper, based on the Academy Award-winning film.

Wrapped

MacGruber, a comedy starring Will Forte with Kristin Wiig, Val Kilmer, Ryan Phillipe and Powers Booth. The film is based on the Saturday Night Live skit that parodies the 1980s and 1990s MacGyver television series about a secret agent opposed to violence.

Paul, a comedy adventure starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, shoots in Santa Fe and other parts of northern New Mexico from early June through mid-August. It's about two sci-fi geeks who encounter an alien named Paul.

Invasion of Privacy, also known as The Resident, is a suspense thriller starring Hilary Swank and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Did You Hear About the Morgans?, a comedy starring Hugh Grant and Sarah Jessica Parker, is about a high-powered New York couple placed in a witness protection program after they see a murder. The production shoots for 25 days from early May through June.

In Plain Sight, a dramatic television series about the Federal Witness Protection Program, stars Mary McCormack and airs on USA.

Book of Eli, a post-apocalyptic western directed by the Hughes Brothers and starring Denzel Washington, follows a lone man as he fights his way across America in order to protect a sacred book that holds the secrets to saving humankind.

The Dry Land, a drama about a young war vet, played by Ryan O'Nan, who sets off on a cross-country journey seeking redemption. America Ferrera plays his wife and is executive producer.

My One and Only, a feature film starring Renee Zellweger, Kevin Bacon and Chris Noth about actor George Hamilton's childhood experiences.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, the next installment of the box office hit Transformers.

Terminator Salvation: The Future Begins, the first in a new Terminator trilogy starring Christian Bale.

O'Keeffe, a Lifetime 'Movie of the Week', stars Joan Allen as American artist Georgia O'Keeffe and Jeremy Irons as her photographer husband, Alfred Steiglitz.

Easy Money, a CW comedic drama series, stars Laurie Metcalf and New Mexico actor Gary Farmer.

Crash, the television series based on the Academy Award-winning film.

Doc West, a movie-of-the-week for Italian television starring Terence Hill and Paul Sorvino, tells the tale of a card hustler with a secret past who arrives in Holysand and then gets involved in a war between two rival families.

Night and Day, stars William Fichtner, Sherry Stringfield and Riley Smith in a television drama for TNT about a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agent assigned to a special threat intervention task force.

The Keeper, an action feature film, stars Steven Seagal as a bodyguard trying to rescue a kidnapped woman he was hired to protect.

Kites, a Bollywood production, stars Hrithik Roshan and Barbara Mori in an Indian love story.

Crazy Heart, a music-based drama starring Jeff Bridges, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Robert Duvall about an alcoholic country singer who turns his life around after meeting a female reporter.

Legion, a supernatural thriller starring Paul Bethany.

Spoken Word, a feature based on a semi-autobiographical script by spoken word artist Joe Ray Sandoval and starring Ruben Blades.

Beer For My Horses, a feature film starring country music star Toby Keith.

Not Forgotten, a psychological thriller starring Simon Baker.

Brothers, a drama starring Natalie Portman, Jake Gyllenhaal and Tobey Maguire.

Recently Honored:

Bryan Cranston won a 2008 Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in the television series Breaking Bad, which is shot in Albuquerque. The show also won an Emmy for best editing.

No Country for Old Men, shot in northern New Mexico, earned 2008 Oscar awards for Best Picture and Best Director
