From widely celebrated makers to up-and-coming creators, this year’s festival brings 54 first-time artists together with 106 returning artists, and includes four countries never represented before: Argentina, Jordan, Tajikistan, and Tanzania. Together, these culture bearers will blur borders with an eye-dazzling convergence of handmade forms, textures, and designs—textiles, jewelry, beadwork, basketry, wood carvings, ceramics, rugs, glass and metal work, sculpture, mixed media, toys, and more.

The Zuni Show, downtown Santa Fe, on August 19th and 20th, is an event which features the art of the Zuni Pueblo. The largest of all the pueblos, over 70% of Zunis make their living from their exquisite hand made inlay and petit point jewelry, animal carvings, and traditional pottery. This is their major opportunity to sell directly to visitors and collectors during Indian Market weekend and there will be over 100 Zuni artists present, as well as Zuni Dancers and Olla Maidens.The artists receive 100% of their proceeds from their sales.
The Keshi Foundation is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote Zuni
arts and education. The Zuni Show last year was the first event produced by TKF and it was voted " top ten 2016 Native American shows" by an "American Indian Art" poll.

A lovely community room in the Railyard Park is available for meetings and public and private events! The space has great windows on the park and holds up to 36 people. It is heated and has ceiling fans. Restrooms are located across a small walkway. Windowed ‘garage-style’ doors may be opened to create an indoor/outdoor space and allow for more attendees and capacity.
The Railyard Stewards provide community stewardship and advocacy for the care and programming of the Railyard Park and Plaza.

Experience a citywide celebration of world-class exhibitions, markets and performances, featuring The Prado in Santa Fe
. From May through October, Cathedral Park will host a magnificent exhibition of 92 reproductions of masterpieces from the Prado Museum in Madrid, Spain. The exhibition makes its U.S. debut in Santa Fe and is only one experience of dozens in the yearlong “Santa Fe Celebrates Global Arts and Culture.”
The New Mexico Museum of Art, celebrating a centennial on November 25, is the first international venue for “Lines Of Thought: Drawing From Michelangelo To Now” from the renowned collection of the British Museum in London. The globally-recognized line-up of artists represented in the show reads like a ‘who’s who’ of international artists through the centuries. The exhibition includes work by artists as diverse as da Vinci, Michelangelo, Dürer, Mondriaan, Cézanne, Picasso, and many more.
