The Lincoln, Santa Fe's most luxurious downtown building, is located less than a block from the Plaza, literally in the heart of historic Santa Fe. This lovely building, set at the corner of Lincoln and Marcy Streets in the center of town, rises to five stories, higher than any other lodging property in the city, and matched by only a few other buildings at all. Our Residence Four East, with three king en suite bedrooms, occupies the premier spot high in this iconic downtown building, with views up to the Sangre de Cristo mountains and the Santa Fe ski basin flooding in through floor to ceiling windows. One can easily see the Plaza from the wrap-around patios surrounding this fourth floor retreat. The Santa Fe Convention Center is steps away, the historic Indian Market gathering is right out the front door, along with many downtown restaurants, shops, galleries and museums. Everything you need is literally at your feet, as nothing else in the city comes close to this airy and luxurious residence, perfectly furnished in a modern, light style and with every amenity, including Frette linens.
Entering from the Lincoln's private elevator lobby, you will likely experience the surreal feeling that all of our guests have had, that of being in a totally different place than you expected. The modern style is perfectly in keeping with the simple, clean lines and colors of Georgia O'Keeffe's beloved home near Abiquiu. Cool, crisp and completely renovated, the residence's smartly designed and generous 2500 square feet immediately draw you in, and from room to room. Natural light flows into the open plan living, dining and kitchen spaces from the tall windows and doors that dominate two long walls. The light Venetian plaster walls are complemented by scraped wood floors, the whole effect a return to the truly classic, original Santa Fe style, when pure, spare and simple ruled the day.
The Residence Four East sleeps six people in the three bedroom suites, all with king beds and clean, custom-tiled en suite bathrooms. An additional powder bath is easily accessible from a hallway near the living spaces.
The master bedroom, located at the opposite end of the unit from the guest bedrooms for more privacy, has a king bed and its own patio. It is a calm retreat, complete with hand-worked wood floors, large closets, a gas fireplace and large French doors to the sunny patio. The master bathroom is complete with spacious walk-in shower, tiled by the hands of a supremely skilled artisan, stone-topped vanity and custom cabinetry.
At the opposite end of the casita, the two king-bedded guest suites each feature a lovely bathroom with more custom tile work and cabinetry, a walk-in shower with European glass shower door, and spacious walk-in closet. These lovely suites also feature diamond plaster walls, wood floors, luxurious linens and their own TVs. One bedroom includes a work space complete with desk, if you find it necessary to interrupt your serene stay in that fashion!
The central common spaces of this fine residence flow into one another, without unnecessary dividing walls. The gorgeous kitchen is fresh and bright, with custom cabinets and smooth granite accentuating the stainless steel appliances. The living room is large and comfortably furnished, with a fireplace and a massive beam providing definition to this perfect space. You will be hypnotized by the views flooding in from all angles when you are in the living spaces, as they are magnificent, and unavoidable. For dining with your group, a long table seats eight with ease, more if needed. The patios are accessible from the living and dining areas, giving you the option of dining alfresco throughout much of the year.
Other amenities include a fully equipped laundry room, custom soaps and bath supplies, satellite television, free WiFi, soft Frette linens, comfy bathrobes and plentiful pillows; parking for two cars is included as well.
At Residence Four East, you are placing yourself in the perfect spot to access all that Santa Fe has to offer, with the minimum of effort. High above the city, close to all it has to offer, you are less than a block from the Plaza, Palace of the Governors/New Mexico History Museum, O'Keeffe Museum, New Mexico Museum of Art and the Convention Center, as well as several exceptional restaurants, plus churches and other sites of interest, and dining and shopping options galore.

Our business philosophy draws strongly from the view that emotion is an unparalleled component of art and the experience an individual has in the interaction with any piece of work. The William Siegal Gallery offers museum quality antiquities and contemporary art.
For over thirty years owner Bill Siegal has been assembling the world's largest collection of fine ancient and antique Andean textiles dating from 750 BC up to the 19th Century.
Additionally, the gallery exhibits ceremonial objects and artifacts from Meso and South American Cultures, as well as objects from China's Han and Tang Dynasties and Southeast Asia. Distinguished African and Indonesian textiles are also prominently featured.
In May of 2007, William Siegal Gallery opened its new 5,000 square foot exhibition space, in which antiquities are now hung side by side with the works of outstanding contemporary artists. This proximity between the "old" and the "new" conveys a sublime and timeless trans-cultural aesthetic of modernism.
William Siegal Gallery is located in Santa Fe's newly revitalized Railyard District, which is rapidly becoming the central locus of Santa Fe's contemporary art scene.
