Award-winning chef, Marc Quinones gives us a sneak peek at dishes that will be included on the Easter buffet menu at Luminaria Restaurant at the Inn and Spa at Loretto. How about starting with Eggs Benedict made to order? There will be an assortment of carving stations with Szechuan peppercorn encrusted prime rib aswell as a leg of lamb with mint pesto. And don’t forget the cross cut beef short ribs that melt in your mouth.

Julia will be your ultimate hostess this Easter! Imagine that! Experience the best of Easter with an Easter egg hunt and brunch at Julia: A Spirited Restaurant and Bar, located at La Posada de Santa Fe.
You’ll feast your eyes and appetite on an omelette station with eggs cooked to order. Glazed ham, an Easter favorite, will also be included. There will be multiple of creative salads and an over the top dessert bar. The fun-filled Easter egg hunt will be held from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm. Brunch will be served from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Take A Scenic Drive To Your Easter Brunch
Enjoy Santa Fe’s blue skies and open roads by taking a short, scenic drive to Terra Restaurant, located at the beautiful Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado. James Beard-nominated chef Andrew Cooper will be serving up signature Easter brunch favorites. The scrumptious buffet will be from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and will include a variety of choices from made-to-order eggs and waffles, to carvery and farmer’s market stations, as well as fresh seafood.
