Visiting Santa Fe

2016 January, KIDS DISCOVER SANTA FE FOR FREE THIS 2016 SPRING BREAK

January 28, 2016: Santa Fe tourism partners have joined forces for Spring Break 2016 in a city-wide initiative that welcomes families throughout March and the middle of April by providing kids 12 and under with complimentary lodging, meals, spa and culturally immersive activities in ‘The City Different’, one of the world’s most award-winning destinations for families seeking adventure, relaxation, and genuine culture and experiences.

Santa Fe is full of true family excitement whether people choose to hit the ski slopes at Ski Santa Fe, try out some new moves at the Skateboard School, or challenge the junior foodie or artist with a cooking or art class—or even getting the whole family involved in a treasure hunt. Santa Fe provides surprises for everyone.

“Spring Break is a time for families to be together, have fun and make lifetime memories. We want families to have an opportunity to try a variety of experiences without stressing the budget.” said TOURISM Santa Fe Executive Director, Randy Randall. “This year we’re giving families the break they deserve.”

Santa Fe Spring Break 2016 includes hotels with Native American storytelling, treasure hunts, spa treats, sports activities, and adventure packages. There’s also free skiing, art classes, southwestern exhibits, attractions, music, Flamenco classes, an Easter egg hunt—and of course meals, pie, and authentic Mesoamerican hot chocolate. This will be a very different and very fun spring break for your family. To check out all the action, please visit www.santafe.org/Spring_Break/index.html.
