Since it started in 1972, the Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival has become one of the world's preeminent music festivals, guided by a visionary spirit and dedicated to artistic excellence and innovation. Contributing to its magic is the Festival's unique Santa Fe setting, nestled amid timeless splendors of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
Today, under the spirited artistic leadership of composer/pianist Marc Neikrug, the Festival invites scores of distinguished musicians, along with emerging young talent, during its 6-week season. Thousands of enthusiastic patrons young and old return year after year to enjoy more the 80 concerts, recitals, master classes, youth concerts, and open rehearsals. Performances are held in St. Francis Auditorium in the New Mexico Museum of Art, on the Plaza; and at the Lensic Performing Arts Center.

Center among others. A portion of every sale at Pop Gallery goes directly back into our art community through charitable donations.

Join the Museum's education staff and guest artists in a family, fun hands-on learning experience. The free monthly program explores ideas and themes found in current exhibitions. Tour the Museum then create your own art.
Children ages 4-12 and their adult companions explore pertinent themes in art by looking at works on exhibit in the galleries and participating in multi-disciplinary, hands-on art activities that promote critical thinking skills and creative, interdisciplinary art making.
