Our location brings you the best of two unique settings. Just sixteen miles south of Santa Fe and a half mile north of Cerrillos village, the park offers visitors an escape to a quieter time and wilder place. Our trail network leads you past historic mine sites giving you a peek at the natural and cultural history behind the settlement of New Mexico. Guided hikes or interpretive programs every week. Entry is just $5 per vehicle.

San Marcos is a quaint cafe with a homey and inviting environment with a Feed store attached. Open Mon-Sun, 8am till 2pm, specials daily, and a wonderful consistent southwestern Breakfast and Lunch Menu (as seen in many reviews). Reservations are strongly urged Fri.-Sun. So come and have a great meal and possibly, hang out with the birds, or find just what you need next door with the guys.

Originally designed as a family compound, the Gardens are where Allan worked daily for the last twelve years of his life. Tours available of Allan's newly opened Studio House, Sculpture Gardens, Visitors Center, Gallery & Gift Shop set amidst 12 lush acres of sage, chamisa, juniper pines, the Ortiz Mountains, and our beautiful New Mexico skies!
You may never have the opportunity to see this many Houser sculptures, paintings, and drawings, in one place, so come out and visit us sometime! It is truly a memorable experience. Tours are two hours long.

New Mexico's first and largest brewery has been churning out local favorites such as Santa Fe Pale Ale, Nut Brown, Hefeweizen, State Pen Porter and Chicken Killer Barleywine for over 20 years. Come visit our tasting room and enjoy a cold one on the patio, a 6-pack to-go, or grab a keg for your next party. We offer tours of the brewery, followed by a comprehensive tasting, every Saturday at noon.

In addition to producing award-winning hand-crafted beers, the Santa Fe Brewing Company hosts great live music on indoor and outdoor stages. Big-name musicians and bands appear here along with emerging acts from around the country and favorite local acts as well. The views are incredible. You can fill up on pub fare but leave room for New Mexico's own Taos Cow ice cream. Beer lovers can walk across the parking lot to tour the brewhouse and taste the hand crafted beers made by New Mexico's oldest microbrewery.
