I'm an Australian born songwriter, guitarist, and singer (in no particular order) who lives in Portland, Oregon. I have released two solo albums to date; Freshwater (2005), and Between U&I (2008). I have had the pleasure of touring throughout the U.S. and Australia playing the music I love while sharing the stage with some amazing artists and bands including Matt Kearney, Augustana, Tyrone Wells, Andrew Belle, Brendan James, SafetySuit, Go Radio, and more. In the spring of 2013, I will be releasing my third solo album, A Silent Storm. The album is my most honest work to date. I wrote with no boundaries, I wrote with no formula, and I wrote solely for the joy of making music that I love. You'll hear everything from Jeff Buckley style, electric driven ballads, to alternative country in the vein of Ryan Adams. Produced with my good friend, Peter Rodocker (Tyler Stenson, The Druthers), the album features performances by some of Portl and's finest musicians, including Ashley Peck (Kanye West), Tucker Jackson (The Dimes), and many more.

Small businesses recognize the need for employee training and development, but often don't have large budgets for training. And sending employees to full or multi-day training seminars and workshops sometimes means closing the office or losing productivity. A new series of twice monthly training seminars from Optimal Organizations, LLC solves the cost and time issues. The Small Business 12-2 Success Membership Program begins May 7, 2014 at the Santa Fe Community Foundation, 501 Halona Street, Santa Fe.
“This program has been developed especially for small businesses, and is the same high quality program used by Fortune 500 companies,” says Eric Riebsomer, Principal at Optimal Organizations, LLC. “Employees will not be out of the office long. When they return, they will come back with heightened motivation and practical skills they can immediately put to use, improving themselves and the company.”
Benefits to this training include:
• Increased employee productivity
• Boosted morale
• Enhanced communication
• Development of future leaders
• Increased profits
• Improved customer service
• Achievement of extraordinary results
• Employees can immediately implement tools learned
The Small Business 12-2 Success Membership Program is an annual, twice a month series of recurring employee development trainings. Each session is 2-3 hours long. Training can be started at any point in the 12-month program because each session stands alone, and the schedule repeats. A company can purchase a membership for up to 3 employee reservations at one price, and send whomever they wish to any or all of the sessions. The membership can be renewed after six months or a year, enabling the company to continue sending employees for training and development.
