Personalized yoga instruction from experienced yoga instructor, Susan Voorhees.
Susan's style is slow-paced, with good verbal cues and attention to body alignment in the various poses. Classes begin with a silent five minute meditation, followed by stretches and strengthening postures involving the entire body. Props such as chairs and blocks are used. All equipment is provided.
Restorative Yoga Workshops for Women are offered.
One hour private class for 1-4 people may be scheduled, or public classes (hour and a half) may be attended.
Susan was trained by B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune, India, and has been teaching Yoga for twenty-five years. She is also a Massage Therapist.
