In warm weather, guests may dine under age-old cottonwood trees overlooking our spring-fed ponds at the outdoor Lotus Champagne Bar. With a selection of over 30 champagnes, a special menu featuring made to order ceviches, and live music on Friday and Saturday nights, as well as Sunday Brunch, the Lotus Champagne Bar is a great way to enjoy the day, or start the evening.

We offer our full dining room menu as well. House-made herbal infused liquors, unique libations made with fresh juices, and a full bar complete the offerings.
