Heidi Loewen has opened a warm & sunny porcelain gallery & school, down the road from the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum. Once inside, you'll see her contemporary smoke fired porcelain vessels, some with gold leaf & oils. She even collaborates with the world renowned Dutch realist painter, Braldt Bralds for amazing trompe l'oeil effects. Her unique gallery is her studio & school where she teaches private pottery wheel & sculpture lessons to students age 4 to 104! You may take class for an hour or more. There is no art or clay experience necessary.

Students may choose their favorite glaze colors & Heidi will ship your masterpieces back to you several weeks later. The class is fun and everybody is a success. Even men love Heidi's clay classes. Appointments are suggested.

Heidi taught the acclaimed Italian chef, Giada De Laurentiis to throw on her TV show, "Giada's Weekend Getaways," which highlighted fun things to do in Santa Fe. House & Garden TV will also feature Heidi Loewen teaching her porcelain miniature & large scale vessels in July 2008.

Heidi will prepare & center the clay on the wheel for students so they have the the fun of designing, shaping, & squishing their own vessels.

Loewen invites clients & designers to request special commissions to be created for homes or offices. She loves a good challenge & can easily make very large porcelain platters & sculptures. Collectors may even participate in the creation process. Choose your own color scheme. Loewen safely ships work all over the world.

Built in 1781 west of the Santa Fe Plaza, the historic Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe church is now an art and history museum. The Santuario contains the Archdiocese of Santa Fe's collection of New Mexican santos (carved images of the saints), Italian Renaissance paintings, and Mexican baroque paintings. Among the treasured works is Our Lady of Guadalupe, one of the largest and finest oil paints of the Spanish Southwest, dated 1783 and signed by Jose de Alzibar, one of Mexico's most renowned painters.

This fully professional 20 member chamber chorus has been noted for its variety in programming and virtuosity of performance. Critics and audience members alike have consistently praised the Chorale for presenting some of the world's most significant and engaging repertoire, from the ancient to the modern in performances of the highest artistry. Performing in some of Santa Fe's finest venues including the Lensic Center for the Performing Arts, Loretto Chapel, St. Francis Auditorium, St. Francis Cathedral, Santa Maria de la Paz, and the Eldorado Hotel Pavilion, the Chorale presents concerts during June, July, August, and December.
