Seventeenth Annual Santa Fe Wine and Chile Fiesta
Started as a modest affair celebrating fine wine and good chile, the 2007 fiesta will feature more than 110 wineries during five days of activities taking place this year, September 26 to the 30th, 2007. Events include: Guest chef luncheons; wine seminars with leading authorities from around the country; wine tastings of all kinds; chefs seminars and cooking demonstrations; the Grand Food & Wine Tasting with samples from the vintners and signature dishes from 49 of Santa Fe's finest restaurants. In the evenings, dozens of different winemaker dinners will be held at Santa Fe restaurants each featuring a special wine paring menu and winery principle. The weekend will end with the 14th Annual Gruet Golf Classic. The Fiesta has grown in stature over the years and now attracts some of the finest vintners, chefs, and wine experts in America.
